SHIPPING POLICY
I offer FREE shipping on all UK orders, these are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class.
Other options are also available for UK customers, inc tracking. If you want to use a different shipping service, pick the option at the checkout or contact me directly.
International orders will be shipped via Royal Mail with various options, again please choose from the drop down menu at the checkout.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their country.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If there is a problem with your order, please inform me as soon as possible and I will look to rectify the problem quickly. I may also ask you to send photographic evidence of any damage to the delivery.
